Payment
We collect or use your payment card information to process payments made by phone or in person. We share this information with our electronic payment processor, which processes it to ensure an efficient payment process.
If you do not provide the necessary information to process the required payment, we will not be able to provide veterinary care to the entrusted animal.
Prevention and Security
We use a closed-circuit camera system. The footage collected helps detect fraudulent behavior, prevent criminal activity, and ensure the safety and security of our employees, clients, the animals in our care, and our clinic. In cases of fraud or damage, we may share this footage with authorities or if legally required to do so.
Recruitment Process
When you apply for a job, internship, or another position, we collect through your correspondence the personal information necessary to evaluate your application and contact you during the process.
To this end, we collect and use the following personal information:
- Resume and cover letter;
- Full name;
- Email address; and
- Phone number
Information discussed during email or phone conversations, such as reference checks and your work performance.
We only check references for candidates most likely to be selected and not for all applicants. We contact the references you provide, with your consent.
Consent
We only use or disclose your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we reasonably believe we must use it for another reason that is compatible with the original purpose.
If we need to use or disclose your personal information for a purpose that is not compatible with the original purpose of collection, we will inform you and request your consent before doing so.

Only clinic staff who need to process your personal information as part of their duties have access to it, and only to the extent necessary for their tasks.
Additionally, our staff only processes your personal information according to our instructions and is bound by confidentiality obligations.
